I have always taken a great interest in my own personal
fitness (I love weights, running, circuit training and aerobic classes), as
well as in food and nutrition. In 2017 I decided to pursue my passion for
training, nutrition and instructing so I could pass on my knowledge and experience.
I trained as a client with Irek Koman for many years and
share his passion for helping clients achieve their goals, whatever the fitness
level. Working at Equilibrium gives me the opportunity to deliver a truly
personal and individual service to my clients and your programme will be
targeted to your individual goals, ability and physiology.
I strongly believe training should be enjoyable and fun, no
matter if you are a client taking the first steps into the gym to begin a
healthier lifestyle, or a more experienced athlete seeking to improve your
performance. I will build your
confidence and motivate you during your sessions to ensure you reach your
personal best and goals.
I gained my YMCA qualifications in Level 2 Fitness
Instructing (Gym-based Exercise) and Level 3 Personal Training in 2017 and 2018
I also successfully completed the Optimum Nutrition for
Health and Performance Course, which covers some of the latest research in
nutrition, in 2020.
I am a member of, and insured with, Register of Exercise
Professionals (REPs), Membership number: R0181385
When not in the gym, or out running, I research the latest
nutrition, strength and conditioning recommendations to be able to optimise my
clients’ programmes. I also love travelling, hiking/trekking, cooking, baking
